Job Context:
We are a Digital Marketing Agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Currently, we are looking for 2 Web Development Trainees who will be a part of our SEO team. It’s a full-time office job, and the hired persons will have the opportunity to learn from the experts.
Job Responsibilities:
- The hired persons will assist in the following tasks and will work exclusively under the Design and Development team leader:
- Applying to various Web Design and Development projects
- Bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing.
- Adding the Web Design and Development leads/deals in our CRM.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- And other day-to-day web-development tasks.
Employment Status:
Full-time
Educational Requirements:CSE from any reputed Public/private university.
Experience Requirements:
1 year of work experience in online marketplaces like Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, etc., will be considered as plus.
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English to communicate with native English-speaking clients.
- Sound knowledge of IT terminologies (Especially in Web design, web development, and graphics design).
- Better to have sound knowledge in day-to-day software/tools like Microsoft word, excel, google sheets, Dropbox, zoom, etc.
- Fast learner and dynamic
- Good analytical ability.

Salary Range:
10k-15k BDT per month (But it can be much more for the suitable candidates.) (But it can be much more for the right candidates.)
