Sales Lead for Evening Shift (Digital Marketing Service Sale)

Job Responsibilities:• Coordinating the salespeople and assigning specific tasks to Sales staff. • Monitoring and analyzing the team’s sales performance. • Providing constructive feedback to sales staff to deal with customers’ problems. • Training new sales staff • Solving customer complaints and answering customer queries if necessary. • Creating a healthy competitive atmosphere among the staff and motivating them to maintain it.
