Job Responsibilities:This Management Trainee (MT) program is designed for an entry-level position where we will choose a few of enthusiastic and hard-working individual who will be responsible for following duties:
- The shortlisted candidates will be undergoing training in various departments. During the probation period, candidates will be assessed in different parameters.
- Work closely with experienced employees to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties.
- After successful evaluation, candidates will be allocated to suitable departments.
- Receives training of functions and operations of related departments to have a greater promotional opportunity.
