Job Context:
We are a Digital Marketing Agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Currently, we are looking for 2 Junior Business Development Trainees. It’s a full-time office job, and the hired persons can learn from the experts.
Job Responsibilities:The hired persons will assist in the following tasks and will work exclusively under the Design and Development team leader:
- Applying to various Web Design and Development projects
- Bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing.
- Adding the Web Design and Development leads/deals in our CRM.
- Developing and implementing web development lead generation strategies.
- And other day-to-day web-development tasks.
Employment Status:
Full Time - Evening Shift (2:00 pm to 11:00 pm)
Educational Requirements:BBA/MBA from any reputed Public/private university.
Experience Requirements:
1 year of work experience in online marketplaces like Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, etc., will be considered a plus.
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English to communicate with native English-speaking clients.
- Sound knowledge of IT terminologies (Especially in Web design and web development).
- Better to have sound knowledge of day-to-day software/tools like Microsoft word, excel, google sheets, Dropbox, zoom, etc.
- Fast learner and dynamic
- Good analytical ability.

1107/A, Baitul Aman Housing Society Ring Road, Adabor, Tejgaon Circle, Dhaka.
Salary Range:
Negotiable (But it can be much more for the right candidates.)
