Job Context:
We are a content writing & digital marketing agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Currently, we are looking for a sales executive who will be a part of our Web Design and Development sales team and will be responsible for increasing the volume of projects we are doing on a month-to-month basis. We need more people for our sales team to work from 3 pm to 11 pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- The hired person will be responsible for applying to various Web Design and Development projects.
- Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, a flair for business development.
- Talking to clients as per the instructions/script we will provide.
- Scheduling meetings with clients and giving them the right solution to their problems.
- Adding the Web Design and Development leads/deals in our CRM.
- Nurturing leads/deals regularly to convert them into customers.
- Keeping a close eye on the monthly targets and fulfilling them.
- Gaining an understanding of customers' diverse needs and adjusting strategy from time to time based on that.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Coordinating with the team members for the maximum outcome.

Educational Requirements:CSE from any reputed Public/private university. Candidates from other disciplines can be considered as well if they met all other requirements
Experience Requirements:
At least 1 year of work experience in online marketplaces like Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English to communicate with native English-speaking clients.
- Sound knowledge of IT terminologies (Specially in Web design, web development and graphics design).
- Better to have sound knowledge in day-to-day software/tools like Microsoft word, excel, google sheets, Dropbox, zoom, etc.
- Should be able to handle/track records of multiple projects at a time.
- Knowledge of WordPress and the Shopify platform will be a huge plus.
- Ability to work during the evening shift (3 pm-11 pm)

Salary Range:
Attractive monthly salary (It will depend on your experience in online sales of Web Design and Development services) (But it can be much more for the right candidates.)
