Job Context:

SEOPAGE1 is a reputed digital marketing agency located in Ring Road, Dhaka. Currently, we are looking for a Recruitment Manager. This position will also assist the full life cycle of recruitment in sourcing the best talent for SEOPAGE1.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop recruiting plan and recruiting policy based on live target and strategy
  2. Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals.
  3. Be responsible for a complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing and selection, candidate presentation, interview arrangement, and offer management until the candidate onboard successfully.
  4. Utilizing a variety of sources including direct sourcing, employee referrals, job fairs, internet recruitment, social networking, and agencies.
  5. Buildup talent resource pool and continuously deep develop recruiting channel.
  6. Closely communicate with the business department and provide recruiting-related suggestions.
  7. Generating recruiting analysis report.
  8. Conduct presentations and training.
  9. Ad hoc HR project.
Employment Status:

Full-time

Educational Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
Experience Requirements:

At least three years working in the HR field, IT industry experience or Recruitment Agency experience is a plus.

  • Age 25-35 years.
  • Good command of both oral and written English.
  • Familiar with all kinds of recruiting channels, job postings, good interviews, and communication skills.
  • Familiar with MS office, excel, PPT, outlook.
  • Team player and open-minded.

Salary Range:

BDT. 25000 – 40,000 (Monthly) (But it can be more for the right candidates.) (But it can be much more for the right candidates.)
