Job Context:
Seopage1 is an online marketing agency located in Adabor, Dhaka. We have about 9 websites and most of them are pretty successful with lots of traffic from all around the globe. We are already very successful in generating loads of organic traffic by implementing various SEO techniques. Currently we are looking for a talented and experienced online marketer to research various sides of online marketing that we are not quite successful with and create an effective strategy for each of them so that we can utilize them one after another and the number of traffic we are currently receiving gets doubled or tripled.
Job Responsibilities:
- Researching and coming up with various creative online marketing ideas that we can follow to increase traffic.
- Finding answers of various marketing related questions based on online research.
- Creating an effective video marketing strategy.
- Creating an effective social media marketing strategy.
- Polishing our current marketing campaigns so that the return of investment is higher than present.
- Creative SEO techniques.
- Creating contents to run those marketing campaigns efficiently.
- Managing all kinds of paid marketing and polishing them to have the maximum ROI.
- You will be involved in helping to develop and execute our online marketing strategies, collecting and analyzing market information, conducting Internet based market research.
- Working closely with our design and development and content management team to be able to run an effective campaign.
- Just to confirm, It’s not a SEO/Link Building job. Rather it’s an online marketing job where we will want the hired person to take care of various sides of online marketing that we are not quite successful with yet and implement them on our websites.

Educational Requirements:Graduated from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
3 to 5 year(s)
Requirements:
- Should have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Should have a very good analytical ability.
- Should be able to learn things fast.
- Should have a good communication skill to be able to explain all the outcomes of the research to the top management so that they can decide stuffs based on that.
- Good command over English.
- Must have proven working experience in digital marketing, SEO, Email marketing, social media marketing, video marketing etc.
- Anyone that didn’t see a good amount of success in online marketing during his/her past few years of career shouldn’t apply. When interviewing the candidates, we will specifically ask how he/she was able to boost traffic of the websites he/she work on by implementing certain strategies. We will ask for proves. We will analyze the platforms/websites he/she worked for to know if his/her work really made any difference.
- Should be a good team member.
- Should have a very good academic background.
Job Location:
Dhaka
Salary Range:
Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly) (But it can be much more for the right candidates.)
