Job Context:

We are a Digital Marketing Agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Currently, we are looking for 2 Junior Digital Marketing Executives for Sales and Marketing team. It’s a full-time office job, and the hired persons can learn from the experts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Talking to leads who show interest and selling our digital marketing services to them. Taking feedback from the reporting boss/top management seriously and work on them.
  • Finding the right projects to bid on freelancer.com and upwork.
  • Qualifying the project and the client.
  • Write a convincing cover letter that will generate a response from clients side.
  • Keeping record of all the bids and the other required data in our given template/CRM.
  • There will be certain sales goals on a monthly basis and the hired person will have to meet them.
Employment Status:

Full Time - Evening shift (2:00 pm to 11:00 pm) and Night shift (11:00 pm to 8:00 am)

Educational Requirements:BBA/MBA from any reputed Public/private university.
Experience Requirements:

1 year of work experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.

Requirements:
  • Basic digital marketing knowledge
  • Completing a digital marketing course and working anywhere in the digital marketing team for one year will be considered as a plus.
  • Fast and dynamic so the bids are placed on real time.
  • Fair ability to understand requirements so the bids make sense and the amounts are correct.
Job Location:

1107/A, Baitul Aman Housing Society Ring Road, Adabor, Tejgaon Circle, Dhaka.

Salary Range:

Tk. 15000 to 25000 monthly (But it can be much more for the right candidates.)

All company facilities, including 2 yearly bonuses, as per company policy, Yearly salary review, Transport Allowance, Breakfast, Lunch- Partially Subsidize.
